报告题目:Motor Imagery Paradigm Based on Arabic Numeral Writing Task
内容简介:Motor imagery is no actual body behavior, but use the brain to imagine the body movement, and the controller to achieve the subsequent actual operation. The brain-computer interface (BCI) based on MI can provide communication for people with physical disabilities. The performance of the MI-based BCIs depends on the ability of the subject to modulate brain signals. Although it is possible to train naive subjects to regulate brain activity proficiently, this is often time-consuming. Thus, a novel motor imagery paradigm was proposed to allow naive subjects to better regulate brain activity. In this paradigm, a picture of a pen in hand is used as a cue to complete a motor imagery task. Specifically, subjects could imagine writing Arabic numerals. The paradigm is to provide a familiar movement for most people to regulate brain activity more effectively.
